At Project Nexus, we believe God is already at work.


Our invitation is to pay attention - to God, to people and to the places where we find ourselves - and to discern how we might respond faithfully.


Sometimes that means starting something new. Sometimes it means bringing fresh attention to what already exists. Sometimes it means leading - not because we set out to be a leader, but because faithful response asks something of us.


We want to help people recognise what God is doing and find the formation, community
and permission to respond and lead faithfully.

That’s the heart of Incubate.

A 20-week journey of formation, leadership development, coaching and community for people who are already leading, or sensing that God may be asking them to lead.

The Collective is our ongoing community of practice for Incubate graduates — a place to stay connected, keep growing and continue paying attention to what God is doing.

It brings together people who lead across different places and contexts, creating space for ongoing formation, shared learning, honest conversation and encouragement.

The Collective is a place to keep practising.

To bring the questions you’re carrying. To learn from others' experience. To be challenged and encouraged. And to stay connected with people who understand something of what it means to be compelled by the Spirit and respond faithfully.

Whether you’re leading something new, faithfully carrying what already exists, navigating change, or still discerning what comes next, The Collective is a place to belong, contribute and continue the journey alongside others.
