The Collective is an ongoing community of practice for all Incubate graduates, designed to nurture and sustain leaders as they step into the future with boldness and faith.

This vibrant learning community offers regular workshops, conversations, and shared experiences—all crafted to equip and encourage leaders who are compelled by the Spirit to follow God into the new.

This is more than a learning environment - it’s a movement of leaders who refuse to settle for the status quo. Together, we ask deeper questions, embrace hope-filled risks, and champion each other as we pioneer new possibilities in response to God’s call.
