Incubate exists to support and develop leaders who feel that prompt deeply.

Leaders who are restless with the status quo.
Leaders who sense God’s call to build, reimagine, challenge, or serve in fresh and faithful ways.

Leaders who long to respond with courage, with lives that reflect the hope, humility, and love of Jesus.

We live in the tension of the now and not yet, where glimpses of the Kingdom break through, even as brokenness lingers.

This space can feel disorienting. But it’s often where visionary leadership is born.

Incubate has provided me with the opportunity to develop and become increasingly at peace with what it means for ME

There is inner work that I have needed to do to direct my outer work, to keep it sincere and fruitful and as God intended for me.  Incubate has enabled me to do this while being surrounded by others who have a heart to do the same.

WHAT is involved?

Our program spans over 20 weeks, featuring a blend of online content, bi-weekly workshops, and personalized coaching sessions to provide you with the support, tools, and encouragement necessary for you to take your next step. 

Cohort Dates: April 24th - 28th August, 2025
    • 12 Month Active Membership to 'The Practitioners' Collective’
    • 16 Weeks of On-Demand Video Curriculum
    • 8 x Two-Hour Online Small Group Workshops
    • 3 x One-on-One Coaching Sessions
    • Online Cohort for Ongoing Support and Connection
    • 2 Day In-person Intensive - Adelaide, SA - July 2025
      - Travel expenses are additional and covered by the participant
      - Billeting is available
    • Invitation to the Practitioners' Collective Retreat - July 2025
