Activate is for Incubate graduates who have begun walking out their calling within The Collective and are now ready to take courageous action - leaders who can’t ignore the Spirit’s call to build, test, and refine what God has stirred within them.

Facilitated and coached by the Project Nexus team, Activate provides a structured, Spirit-led environment where leaders move from vision to tangible impact. Through small, coached cohorts, participants walk alongside peers who refuse to drift - challenging one another to stay faithful, take bold next steps, and translate Kingdom conviction into real-world change.

Participation in Activate is by invitation and available only to those who have first completed Incubate and engaged within The Collective. Together, these pathways form a rhythm of discovery, community, and action - helping leaders sustain courage and clarity as they partner with God in renewing their world.
